After over 30 years of pastoral ministry, including 17 years of planting and pastoring The Chapel Church in Puyallup, Washington, Ron returned to what he calls "the real world" to write and further develop his passion for discipleship. He helps others understand how to apply Jesus' teaching to daily life. Ron and his wife Jenny live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and have six grown children and 20 grandchildren.

Alex is the pastor of City Chapel Klagenfurt. He has a degree in Theology and has served as a missionary in Austria since moving here from the U.K. in 2008. In 2013, Alex began teaching the Bible to a small group of believers in Klagenfurt, which led to the planting of City Chapel Klagenfurt. Alex and his wife Laura live in Klagenfurt and have four children.

Alan is an elder at The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Before returning to Birmingham, he served as an associate pastor at The Chapel Church for eight years and is currently a project manager for Jordan Excavating. Alan and his wife Melissa have three children.
